About Us
On Target Ag Solutions based in Burlington, Colorado was established in 2014 by Cory Gilbert with a goal of providing agronomic solutions using the latest in Ag Technology to better manage crop inputs. Barrett Duell joined the team in the spring of 2016 to better serve our growing customer base.
We provide agronomic solutions to our clients to assist them in increasing efficiency of key crop inputs- seed, fertilizer and water with an end goal of increasing the profitability of their operations by lowering cost of production. We use high density soils data we collect along with on farm data that already exists combined with soil sensors and testing. We use this data to create recommendations and variable rate prescription maps that are used to more precisely apply the optimal rate of each input.
We operate two Veris soil mapping machines, collect thousands of soil samples per year and manage soil moisture probes for irrigation recommendations as a certified cropmetrics dealer. We have clients running our prescriptions and using soil moisture probes in fields from Eastern Colorado, through Western Kansas and most recently into the panhandle of Oklahoma.

We both have family farms that use the same services we offer to all of our clients, and feel we have a competitive edge over the competition because we approach our business from a farmers perspective.
About Me
MY NAME IS cory
I grew up on a farm in Burlington Colorado still operated by my family today. I am a graduate of Colorado State University. I spent time on the family operation out of college then moved on to agronomy with a local Ag retail company in 2010. In 2012 I started into Ag Technology with a customer on variable rate seeding and was hooked! After two years of developing an Ag Tech program for that company I decided I wanted the flexibility to adapt services to meet customer demand and location as fast as this industry moves. The only way I could do that is run my own business, and that is how On Target Ag Solutions was born. I have a wonderful wife Christa that owns and operates a crop insurance agency and is a great mother to our son Cooper.

MY NAME IS Barrett
I grew up in Burlington, CO and spent every summer on the family farm across the state line in western KS alongside my dad. I Graduated from the University of Wyoming and made it back to the area beginning of 2011 working for a large Ag retail company and helping on the family farm. After 5 years of being in Ag retail, I teamed up with Cory to provide insight, knowledge, and on-farm experience to this awesome business that he started from the ground up. My family consists of my wife BreeAnn, and 3 kids Brody, Brecken, Brooks and #4 to be determined soon….
